1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. SLEEK has no control over these charges.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages SLEEK is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment due to an incorrect address.
